The first GT4 Italy season kicks off from monza

A weekend of great emotions is ready to kick off on the Autodromo Nazionale Monza, with the first FX Racing Weekend of the season which promises to give the usual load of entertainment and adrenaline. In fact, there will be over 200 cars in total at the start in the 13 categories present at the starting line, for a total of 26 races that will be held between Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 April. A rich and thick program, with the tasty new features represented by the GT4 Italy and Supersport Series GT categories which officially debut on the occasion of the appointment on the Brianza circuit, together with the many confirmations and the numerous Support Series that characterize the prestigious Italian competitive container .

The newborn GT4 Italy, a series that enjoys the official license from the SRO Motorsports Group, represents the spearhead of the FX Racing Weekend 2023: in the first of the five rounds of the season, the presence of three Mercedes AMGs should be underlined, with Lema Racing fielding the crews formed by Tommaso Lovati and Jeram Sandi on one side and the one composed by Andrea Basso and Adriano Bernazzani on the other, while Bassano Racing Team relies on Manuel Lasagni; the presence of the Audi R8 LMS of Bolza Corse with Giovanni Berton and Ermanno Dionisio should also be underlined, while Autorlando Sport presents a Porsche 997 Cup for Maurizio Fondi and a 718 RS for the Cerati-Bruchelli duo at the start. Simone Giussani (Porsche Cayman), Andrea D’Angelo (Maserati Granturismo GT4) and the Smart-Driving drivers Bogdan Dobranici and Alex Rosiu complete the first entry list of the season.
